Translating neuro-acoustic technologies into practical solutions for older patients with neurodegenerative diseases

During the past 3-6 April 2019 a workshop has been held within the framework of the cooperation activity between the AgeLab of MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology)
and the Neuroacoustic Laboratory of UPM to collaborate in data acquisition, management and evaluation of instrumental aids for clinical and caregiver personnel in neuromotor diseases.

The workshop attended by researchers from both institutions was held at the Center
for Biomedical Technology and the ETSII of UPM, and has been
satisfactorily completed with quite successful results which it is expected will benefit the community of patients suffering from these
diseases.
